Team
Francisco Nabais
Certified Accountant
Graduated in Business Management and registered in the Order of Certified Accountants. He is also a real estate manager of SMEs, at the operational and strategic level, of the management of tax liabilities and the operation of income.
At PDA he is responsible for the Integration and tax optimization of projects and the management of income from real estate investments.
Marta López
Executive Coordinator
With a degree in Engineering from Valladolid University and an MBA from Coimbra University, she develops her activity in business organization consulting, focusing on systems and operational support for several companies and entrepreneurs.
At PDA she is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of administrative management, communication management and organizational optimization solutions.
Pedro Correia
Civil Engineer
With a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa, with complementary training in Project Management, he develops his activity in the areas of planning and management of construction works and enterprises, with emphasis on budget evaluation, licensing, supervision and coordination.
At PDA he is responsible for project and construction management as well as the technical inspection of buildings.
Pedro Godinho
Investment Analyst
Civil Engineer from Instituto Superior Técnico and post-graduate from Nova SBE in Applied Management, he has developed his activity in the banking sector, mainly in financial analysis and follow-up of real estate projects for national and international promoters.
At PDA he is responsible for coordinating the department of financial analysis and strategic follow-up of real estate projects.
Rui Osvaldo Dias
Attorney
He has a degree in Law from the Oporto University Law School and a post-graduate degree in Company Law from the Coimbra University Law School. For 11 years he worked in the banking sector, where he was involved in the sale of banking real estate portfolios, and is currently dedicated to legal consulting in the corporate and contractual area.
At PDA, he is responsible for legal advice on the preparation, analysis and drafting of contracts, as well as performing due diligence on real estate projects.
