This data will be processed electronically and stored for a maximum period of 12 months after the purpose for which it was collected.

If the user sends a copy of any personal document, including identification documents, curriculum vitae, among others, their data will be processed for the management and processing of their request. The data will be processed on the legal basis of the consent of the person providing it. Legal reasons or merger/acquisition: in the event that PDA PORTUGAL or its assets are acquired by or incorporated into another company, including for insolvency or similar reasons, we may share your personal data with any of our legal successors.
The User expressly accepts the processing and inclusion of the data collected while browsing the Portal, or provided by filling in any form, as well as those derived from the commercial relationship, in accordance with the above.
If we have been provided with data from third parties, it is the responsibility of those who do so to inform them of everything set out in this clause and to have obtained their prior consent to do so.
Likewise, PDA PORTUGAL informs that events, promotions, campaigns or any other type of advertising information about the services it offers will be published through its social networks, with the user accepting to be the recipient of such information by the mere fact of being a “friend” or “follower” of PDA PORTUGAL or associated brands that may be created in the future. If the User does not wish to receive this information on their social media profiles, they should stop following them.
The processing of your data for the purposes listed above is necessary for the execution of the service provision contracts entered into with PDA PORTUGAL, so if you do not wish us to process your data, you will no longer be able to use our services.If you have given us your express consent to receive marketing communications, the data you have provided will be used to send you information about PDA PORTUGAL’s services, namely newsletters, news about events organised by PDA PORTUGAL, dissemination of new products and services, special campaigns, among others. For this purpose, PDA PORTUGAL is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data and the provision of your consent is free; we will only keep your data until your consent is withdrawn or until you exercise your right to object to the processing.

Our service is not aimed at minors. The data of minors is only collected with the authorisation of the holder of parental responsibilities, so we do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from minors. Therefore, any subcontractor shall be obliged to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access and against any other form of unlawful processing.
